After reaching home from busy work we may sit on couch/chair & close our eyes & play our busy day movie in our mind.
We make a mistake here we already stressed and we think about the busy work.Let us change this small routine.
How to get out of stressed mind?
Take a quick nap:
When you reached home and you are tired.if you are hungry eat,& don't think about busy day & take quick nap about an hour.
Wash your face:
When you get up just wash your face with cold or warm water.
Get out:
Get out of your house for a 5-10 mins walk.keep walking don't think anything just breath slowly, enjoy the cold air touching your face.Listen to sweet voices of birds as you walk.Enjoy the beautiful sunset or the moonlight.
As you walk in evening watch small kids playing around you just watch how they enjoy their moment but we fail to do when we are at work.The trick is to be in the present moment & enjoying it.
When you returning to home I know you have a huge smile on your face realizing that how beautiful the world is.You can go out morning too.
Often play with small kids & pets in your home.
