Why it's very hard to be Happy? Do you know?

It's getting difficult for everyone to be happy, to share happiness. It's getting hard to be gratitude. And also failing to see goodness in self and others.

Why it is getting hard? Why we are failing?

Did you asked these to yourself? Did you find out why it is hard and failing.

Because we are unhappy with ourselves and unhappy with world that we are at.


Do you know why we are unhappy?

Just see what's going on mind
1.Self-hatred 
2.Wishing that things were different.
3.Constant anger, frustration
4.Negative thoughts
5.Falling in pleasures

Everyone wants happiness we are missing out simple logic or notion that each individuals making journey towards happiness but in different directions but at end the same destination.

We don't have to hate ourselves because hatred can't change anything in our life, but it slowly destroy our life. Only self-love can change everything in our life, when love yourself you love others too. Really it will reflect on others
.
We always want better life, phone, spouse, friend but we are missing out what we have now with us thinking about which doesn't exist in reality. We want comfort zone but not the discomfort zone. Wishing things were different from as they are. Be happy with what you have before you die.

Anger gives more power to us to break everything around us for a moment. We mess up everything in anger or in frustration. Why we are anger? Answer lies above by wishing things different. But when our ideals about life doesn't work out we get angry. Just slowly give up your ideals you will start finding yourself less angry or less frustrated.

Land of thoughts? Do you know? Guess what! Answer for above question is our Mind. Every minute of our life thoughts are flowing in and out of our Mind. Basically thoughts divide into positive thoughts and negative thoughts. We constantly stick on to negative ones. You know it's hurting you. You know it's destroying you. When you stick on positive thoughts you have more degree of freedom. When you can stick on to negative thoughts for so many years why can't you stick on to positive thoughts from this moment, yes it's hard but you can.

It's easy to fall into bad pleasures but it's hard to get out of them. You know well it's ripping off your life. For short term of life it looks all OK with bad pleasures. But in long term of life it's killing you. You can beat these bad pleasures by replacing with good habits like exercise, walking, running, drinking a glass of water when you wake up, 5 push-ups or what you love to do. Remember pick one habit practice it daily just for five minutes. Just remember one step at a time, one good habit at a time.
