Sometimes we receive a severe blow from life which knock air out of our body. Everything in our life seems falling apart.
Hopelessness hit us to bottom ground and our self vanishes from us. A pain which breaks our inside world. Our mental state drops to zero level and negative emotions takes out our peace. Life becomes so hard to take a deep breath and lost in thoughts of unknown.

* See the pain and feel the pain that inside you all these days. Don't quit this part and it's the most defining moment. We usually avoid feeling of pain and run from it.
* Bare the pain for few minutes and it feels like hollow in heart, tightness in chest. Face this feeling with courage.
* Have patience, mind tends to run but hold it with compassion. Then you realise that these hard feelings are No Big Deal. Just be with yourself like as you would be with your friend who is in pain. Be Kind to yourself and give some Loving Words to yourself.
*Now see yourself and surrounding you'll realise that everything is imperfectly perfect. You'll see goodness within.
*These hard feelings are just like passing clouds.They'll return to you but remember don't act on them just see them as non-judgmental observer.
Be a non-judgemental observer so you will see the truth which no need to worry anymore and so you can find your peace back. And you can rebuild your inside world. Re-invent Yourself, become immune to difficult times.
