Everything about failure is a learning process

Failure is not the end of something. It's a source of beginning. We often take failure as a sign that we are not good enough, but in truth it is a part of learning process.

We fail at project, fail to be on time, fail at class, fail at reading book, fail at habits changes, fail at startup, fail at promises, fail at love, fail at making friends, fail at courage, fail at trust. When we fail at something we think that everything sucks. But these are all great opportunities to learn.

How to learn from failure?

1. When you fail at something, no matter how small. See what you can still do.

2. If think failure as a sign that you are not good enough. If you do, reject that thought. It's not true.

3. Instead, see what you can learn from the failure.

4. Instead of thinking of it as failure, see it as information. What caused the failure? What can be changed in method of approach? To get it done.

Reframe failure, so that each time you fail, you can change it from a failure to a learning process.

" Never let failure take control of you."
