Mind is filled with thousands of different thoughts. Thoughts are constantly flowing through mind in and out. Some thoughts float and some may sink in mind. Some may rise and some may fall.

From above we can conclude that positive thoughts are very useful to us. And negative thoughts are harmful to us.
Loving, helping, consern, appreciating, respecting can connect more deeper level to self and others. We have more degree of freedom in life. Cultivating these useful thoughts bring more happiness in our life.
Hate, anger, irritation, frustration only make us lonely. Then all we got in life is unhappiness. Means that we building up walls around us and have no freedom and no connection with self and others.
Apply this simple mind intelligence that is to accept the positive thoughts and eliminate the negative thoughts.
This simple realization can bring you lasting happiness. Yes our mind can make the right choice that accepting useful thoughts and by eliminating harmful thoughts.
